aboutNicole Jackson is from Ruleville, Mississippi, and is currently the Psychometrist for various districts in the Mississippi Delta.  She provides psychometrically sound educational assessments for students referred for special education services.  She also compiles assessment team data and writes assessment team reports.  Nicole works closely with the Special Services Director and Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team regarding the status of students in the assessment process. After a decision is made concerning the eligibility status of the child, she conveys the results to the parents, teachers, speech therapists, and administrators.

 

Before Nicole transitioned into Psychometrics, she worked with intellectually gifted students.  She taught gifted education for the Drew School District, Hollandale School District, and Pascagoula School District.  She has worked with gifted students ranging from second to eighth grade.  Nicole also served as a reading coach for the Pascagoula School District.
